We earn trust the same way we audit agents: with evidence, in the open.
A methodology you can read before paying a cent. A guarantee with our own money behind it. A benchmark built from real audits. And every affiliation disclosed before you're a client. That's the firm.
Four things we stand on. All of them public.
Most firms ask for trust. We'd rather hand you the instruments to verify it.

Scoring rubric, scenario governance, evaluator calibration — published in full. No gate, no sales call.
The methodology → 02 · THE GUARANTEEOur money, at risk
No Critical or High findings in a full audit — half the fee back. Payouts to date: zero. We publish the day that changes.
The terms → 03 · INDEPENDENCENothing to sell you after
Findings arrive before any proposal. The report is yours outright. Affiliated services always named as affiliated.
The protocol → 04 · THE BENCHMARKData in the open
Every audit feeds the industry's reference data — anonymized, aggregated, and published for anyone to check.
The research →Sixteen years of judging technical work.
ClearAgents is the independent audit practice of Ingenize. For sixteen-plus years we've built, vetted, and calibrated technical teams for enterprises and startups — which happens to be the exact hard problem of human-expert evaluation: not the checklist, but the people holding it. When agents went to production and nobody could verify them, we productized the discipline we already had.
One firm audits. One firm operates.
Independent assessment. Findings before proposals. Your report is yours.
Managed reliability, engineering, talent operations. Always named as affiliated.
The separation exists so the audit can be honest; the disclosure exists so you never have to wonder. The full independence protocol is published in our methodology.
The founding cohort
A limited number of founding clients get two things that don't survive scale: senior-evaluator attention on every engagement, and pricing that ends the day the first benchmark report publishes. Their anonymized results shape the industry's reference data. That's the whole arrangement — stated here, in daylight, the way everything else on this site is.
Reliable agents will win — but only if reliability is verifiable.
Self-reporting isn't verification. It never has been, in any industry.
The firms that measure honestly will define the standard. We intend to be one of them.
