We audit systems for a living. Here's how we treat your data.
Written in plain language, because a privacy policy you can't read is a privacy policy you can't trust.
1 · Who we are
ClearAgents ("we") is the independent AI agent audit practice of Ingenize. This policy covers clearagents.co and the intake, subscription, and engagement communications that flow through it. Questions about anything here: audit@clearagents.co.
2 · What we collect
- Booking form: your name, work email, company, a description of your agent, and anything you choose to tell us about your concerns. We use it to prepare and run your call — nothing else.
- Report subscription: your email, used to send the research you asked for. One list, no drip sequences, unsubscribe in every send.
- Site analytics: aggregate, cookieless traffic measurement. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or fingerprinting. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
3 · What we never do
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. We do not run advertising. We do not enrich your profile from data brokers. We do not use your information to train AI models.
4 · Client audit data
Audit engagements are governed by the engagement agreement and, where executed, a mutual NDA — both of which take precedence over this policy. In brief: findings belong to the client; transcripts and prompts from your agent are never published or shared; benchmark contributions are aggregated and anonymized such that no client, agent, or user is identifiable; and we publish nothing attributable without written permission.
5 · Retention
Booking-form data is kept while we work together and for up to 24 months after last contact, then deleted. Subscription emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Engagement records are retained as required by the engagement agreement and applicable law.
6 · Your rights
Wherever you are, we honor the strong version: email us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, export it, or delete it — within 30 days. EU/EEA and UK visitors have these rights under GDPR; California residents under CCPA; everyone gets the same treatment regardless.
7 · Service providers
We use a small number of infrastructure providers to run this site and our communications (hosting and content delivery, email, scheduling). Each processes data only on our instructions. We keep the list short deliberately.
8 · Changes
If this policy changes materially, the version number and effective date above change with it, and active clients are notified directly. We don't quietly rewrite history.
This policy is written for clarity first. If any part is unclear, ask us — the answer will be the same in plain words.
